William “McLean” Poston is a USCG Master Captain with over 20 years in the marine industry and 15 years dedicated to new and used vessel sales. An FAU marketing graduate and avid angler forged by Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean waters, McLean doesn't just sell boats; he manages transactions and represents the interests of fellow mariners with precision.

His process is straightforward: position correctly, target the right buyers, engage under controlled timing, and structure terms before emotion escalates.
